HeadGuardBaby Return & Refund Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your order to request a return.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unused, unworn, and in its original packaging. You will also need your receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, contact us at Lamourserge24@icloud.com. If your return is accepted, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Return Shipping

For standard returns, including changing your mind or ordering the wrong item, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

If you receive an incorrect, damaged, or defective item, please contact us as soon as possible so we can evaluate the issue and determine an appropriate solution.

Restocking Fee

HeadGuardBaby does not charge a restocking fee for eligible returns.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order when you receive it. If your item is defective, damaged, or you receive the wrong item, contact us promptly so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, including gift cards and digital products that have already been delivered or accessed. Items that have been used, damaged after delivery, or returned in a condition different from how they were received may not qualify for a refund.

Order Cancellations

You may request to cancel an order within 1 hour of placing the order, provided the order has not already been fulfilled. After the cancellation window has passed, the order may need to be handled through our return process after delivery.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved. If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please remember that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to process and post the refund.
